Lamb Leg Chops (with bone)

Hi Bubhubbers...

Im hoping someone out there has a yummy recipe for cooking lamb leg chops in the oven? So that they are yummy and tender. (My Dp's dads GF makes them with a tomato style sauce, but they are away - bugger!)

There not cutlets, there the big sliced up leg :D. Thanks in advance :hugs:

Hi AD, I just brown them, then put tinned tomatoes over them. You can then just simmer them for a long time on the stove top, or pop them in the oven. I also put onion and garlic in the pan at the browning stage. :thumbsup:
