Red marks from sling

Just a quick one, hopefully someone can help me.

Everytime I use the RingSling with MJ she ends up with really red legs like its cutting into the back of her knees :( She prefers the chest to chest carry where her legs are out the bottom (she ends up asleep :D ), but they end up red & i swear the circulation is slightly comprimised too as her legs get really cold.

Any ideas on what to do at all?

Hi

The first thing I'd do is make sure the botton rail isnt too tight. I had this problem once or twice, until I figured out I had it too tight. The baby should preferably be above waist level, but otherwise maybe losen the botton rail. Its more important to keep the top rail tight to avoid bubs leaning backwards.

Also, I know it sounds obvious, but make sure the fabric is gathered well under her bottom. She should sort of sit in a pouch like arrangement, if that makes sense?
