Hi I'm from the UK i miss its so much like Boots Tesco Asda a good clothing shop for kids!! i've now been living in Australia for 2 and a bit years, i loved in Nowra, then sydney then cairns (which i really loved just paradise) now i'm back in Sydney again.
We are hoping to go back to Cairns next year!!!!:fingerscrossed:
I lived i Carlisle Cumbria thats were all my family are now.
I have two children a girl 8 year old and a boy 2 years
Would love to hear from anyone just get in touch with a pom!!

one thing i miss is After eights i know you can get then here but they are expensive, even the chocolate taste different.
I do treat myself to a double decker now and again and i buy chocolate buttons for my little boy.

Yes, imported After Eights cost the Earth. Lindt do a mint chocolate block now which is a fantastic substitute ... in fact, it's better :D

Lindt...yes agree Beany it is lovely and doesn`t taste weird like Cadbury Choc here which I can`t describe.

I'm an ex pat too, been here since end Nov 06 so about 6 months and live in the Adelaide Hills.

Missing lots myself, shame companies like Boots don't dispatch overseas, though Mothercare does. Saying that I couldn't get what I wanted online (all in one swimsuit with built in nappy) so I have a friend going shopping for me :D
