I bought some crumbed lamb chops on saturday marked down coz it was the end of the week.I froze them but want to cook them and was wondering how to do so without destroying the crumbs??
Another thing i need an idea for a good side dish to go with them thanks :)

i personally would pan fry them in a little butter until the crumbs (preferabbly a non stick pan)are a nice golden brown then i would pop them in oven for 10mins @ 180....... yumyum
oh and good side dish would be some garlic and herb mash potato:) maybe with some mint sauce ( idont like it but many do:))

garlic n herb mash
boil 4 medium potatoes till tender ( but not overcooked)
drain ( obviously:D)
pan fry of in a little oil crushed garlic and herbs
add to drained poatoes
add 1 tbs spoon butter and 2 tbspoon sourcream and mash till nice and fluffy:)
if not soft enough add a little more sourcream
oh and dont forget to season with a little salt n pepper
if no sourcream milk is fine
and yes gravy would be fine:)
you could alway eliminate the garlic and herb from the mash and add some rosemary to your gravy:)

My husband would love to come to your place for dinner- he loves crumbed chops.
I often freeze schnitzels and pan fry them and the crumbs are fine Neo.
