I have no tips or advice but congratulations & good luck!!
HI i have had 3 c/sections, 2 booked and 1 emergency. The only thing that i want to say is the midwive and theatre staff are all terrific as they do it all the time!!!!! I am horribly scared of needles even after 3 c/sections but i can say they were so supportfull that i didnt have too many problems with that issue. But the only other thing to be aware of is my local hospital wouldnt let my hubbie in until they had preped me and had started cutting (they say this is so if we get upset then they are not around to make things worse and they only get in the road) But have fun it will be over in 30 minutes from whoa to go and take the painkillers atleast for the first day it wont hurt the baby

Take a dress to wear afterward and some of the great big granny bloomers! You know the ones that go to your armpits, that way your scar wont get irritated with :)
Hipster undies and cesars don't go :D

Congratulations! Wow, how exciting for you. You're going to be meeting your little baby so soon :smiliedance:
My tips would be to make sure you get your panadol/pain medication on time, and take it regularly. Don't wait until things get sore, because they are only going to get worse by the time the panadol kicks in.
Get up and have a shower as soon as you possibly can, you'll feel a million times better. Yes, it's going to be uncomfortable, and it will hurt a little (or maybe even a lot a few times until you get the hang of it) but face it with a positive attitude and you'll be fine :)
