Mushroom soup??

How do you make mushroom soup?

i don't have a recipe on me, but it's very basic and easy!
just fry diced mushrms in butter, add salt, pepper, parsley. boil it for awhile (up to 30mins?) in water, then cool, whizz it up, and add cream!

I do the same.... but instead of boiling it up in water I gently simmer it in cream... and I only blend half of it (Coz I like getting mushroomy chunks):thumbsup:

OH.. I get the 'reduced' packs at coles... $2 for 500g!!

They usually come pre-sliced with a sauce in a sachet that I just bin.
