what do I use to make a tomato spaghetti bolognese?? I am after a simple spaghetti bolognese

All i do is buy mince, tinned tomatoes and a tin of napolitiana sauce (for the taste) and cook it all up with some garlic and onions. Sometimes i will put in a tin of the bolgonese mince sauce to get the true flavour but i am happy with mine :)

I get mince, diced onion and a bit of salt and pepper...cook it all up and mix in 1/2 a tub of tomato paste and about another 1/2 of tomato sauce (depending on taste) if it's too watery...add a pinch of flour...if it's too gluggy..add a little water. Boil up the pasta (I then add the pasta to the mince and mix it all up)..up to you how you serve it up :)

500gms lean mice
1 onion finely diced
1 capsicum finely diced
1 zucchini finely diced
1 Carrot finley diced
1 small tin champignions
1 can diced tomatos
1 jar dolmio napolita sauce
italian herbs
parsley
salt and pepper
beef stock cube

sometimes I put other stuff in too, like celery, eggplant or mushrooms.

Its easy and sooo yummy.

I cook it on low all afternoon and the house smells so good.

Thanks to all who replied!! I made it with carrots broccoli and my DD absoutely loved it and HAD no idea what was in it :D

all of the above combo's but i always use paul Newmans sauces they are devine , even finely grated apple (for sweetness to bring out the flovour) yum yum.

mince, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, bolognese
sause, mixed herbs, mixed veg, poatoes, some times i mixed with rice insteed of paste:thumbsup:

sometimes i bake it just cover with cheese and bake till melted yummy

I use:
mince
tin of tomatoes
minced garlic
splash of red wine (the alcohol evaporates.. so no drunk kiddies!)
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
some garlic salt
some fresh herbs like basil, oregano, parsley etc
and my 2 secret ingredients.....
balsamic vinegar and soy sauce!!

Yummo! The longer you let it simmer, the better the flavour.
