I have no idea how to explain what i want to cook so here goes:

They are a sweet ball (probably the size of a gobstopper) that is coated in coconut. You serve them cold/room temp and you don't cook them. I think that they have fruit and condensed milk in them. They are a bit like a rum ball (sorta) :o

OOOOOHHH, i hope there is someone out there that knows what i am talking about that can help.

Thanks in advance to anyone that can read my really scattered brain. :D

I don't actually know what you are talking about but I have made apricot balls and rumballs before so perhaps it might help you slightly, I don't really measure so it's all approx measurements ;)

Apricot Balls recipe

1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 vanilla cake cooked and crumbled
1 can condensed milk
bit of coconut (plus extra to roll in)'
bit of powdered milk
bt of vanilla essence.

Mix together then roll in coconut.
