Hiya
I have confused myself! Yesterday i bought some chicken mince from the butcher, frozen, and have let it defrost overnight. I am making chicken patties with it for my 10 mth DD. Once i have cooked the patties am i able to freeze them?? My DP says i cant because i have already defrosted the chicken mince overnight. But i am about to cook it. IM SOOOO CONFUSED, and now we are arguing about it. HELP....
