Oh no - you poor thing!! I hope you only have a mild dose & they clear up quickly!
Don't feel bad about being around others - you can't avoid doing things 'just in case' you 'might' have something!

Oh no! Feel better soon! DD was off colour after our meet last week and I had this feeling it was going to turn into chicken pox. It didn't thankfully!
I wasn't there on Monday, but don't feel guilty, you weren't to know!
Look after yourself.....if you're worried about getting them really bad there is a tablet you can take that makes them better. It's the same thing that use to treat herpes (nice huh!). It's expensive but might be worth it.

I am on 10 tabs of codeine a day and it doesnt help. I have a severe migrane and muscle ache and pain and wot looks like MASSIVE ZITS.. ewww. I have to keep an eye on the migrane as chicken pox in adults can cause brain damage :(

My sister got chicken pox as an adult darl and ignored that nasty migraine for the first couple of days, until my mum dragged her off to hospy with MENINGITIS....they told my olds to say goodbye, as it appeared to have gone bacterial....thankfully it didn't, and she pulled through ok, but make sure you rest - I know, easier said than done, and drink plenty of fluid, so that the codeine gets flushed out of your kidney's. And so endeth the lecture:D .
Hope you are feeling much better soon honey, let me know if I can do anything to help.
Oh, and had to take Serena to Maitland Hospy last night for 4 stitches in her head...must be the week for trauma. Hmmm, wonder if hubby might come don with them, then he could have time off!! Wouldn't complain about that!!

Oh no! What a bugger! I hope you feel better soon. :fingerscrossed:

Don't worry about the contagious problem, there isn't anything you can do and you weren't to know that would happen!

Rest up, and recover quickly!

Oh no you poor thing.

Don't laugh but anusol is brilliant for the itchy spots. The pack even says it's good for minor skin irritations. The local anaesthetic combined with the zinc oxide base is great for healing and soothing.
