Best time of the day to test

Hi ladies
Bought myself a Maybe Baby opk yesterday and was wandering if anyone here has used one before or something similiar and if you have, what time/s of the day did you find best to test?

The best time is in the morning when you first wake up, that way the test cannot be contaminated by anything you eat or drink etc.

If I am right in my understanding we are talking about Ovulation Prediction Kit???
I used them for a few months to get pg this time round, and you should NOT test with first morning urine as it contains traces of yesterday's urine and hormones. You should test between 10 am and 8 pm. If you test first thing in the morning you may miss your 'window of opportunity'.
I personally found that testing around lunch time was best. But I suppose it depends on when you have spare time to test.
You can store you pee in the fridge (gross I know but you can) for 24hrs and it keeps at room temp for several hours.

You can get them at the chemist, they are not cheap but I guess they probably work out cheaper in the long run than having to buy the pee on ones. :)

When you see the ferns, on average how many days do you "fern" for?? Or do you only get ferns one day a cycle???

I payed $86.00 for mine at the chemist and you use it over and over and over! It is like a mini microscope! :)

I usually get the fern pattern for about 4 or 5 days.

Sooooo if trying for a boy hehe... would I bd as soon as the ferns come or wait a few days?? :confused:
I thought it is worth the money too as they had one use ones there for almost $100.00 for a pack of 5:(

For a boy you would try a few days into the ferning not when it first starts to fern. That's what I did by following the directions on the packet.
