I want to make some thing yummy with chicken thigh fillet's and carrot's

For ONE kilo of carrot's at my IGA they were 39 cent's!!!!

so i got heap's of carrot's and they need cooking.:chef:

I was thinking about something like a stirfry or something in the slow cooker...perferably the slowcooker, iam lazy today.:sleeping:

You could chop them all up then partly cook them and freeze them in small bags to use later. Then all you have to do on a really lazy night is to throw some of the carrots into a pot with some frozen peas (or whatever) and dinner is half done :)

I found a continetal mix for sausages and carrot in the pantry.Diced the fillets, cut the carrot's, added one cut-up onion, and some curry flavoured mix and a bit of tomato sauce dumped in the slow cooker.It smell's nice :chef:


I feel so lazy that was to easy...:(

I want to cook more....I need a HUGE family of my own so i could just cook and cook and cook...:D

WAIT!!........You can freeze carrot's??

If i could freeze them then iam going back to IGA to buy heap's of bag's of carrot's..

you can just come and live at my house....
