Mushroom and ??? Risotto

I am planning on making a mushroom risotto tonight... but can't decide what else to add? What works well with mushies? I was thinking maybe green beans?

Although peas, leeks, zucchini or beans can be yummy, I also like it with either pumpkin or sweet potato and if you eat meat, its very yummy with chicken!!

Hmm... Pumpkin sounds like a winner! I might roast up some cubes!

One of my faves is chicken, mushroom, baby spinach, spring onion and garlic (oh and dont forget the white wine) :thumbsup:

One of my fave combos for risotto is bacon, pumpkin and mushroom, with loads of garlic its delish!!
