Here is the recipe as requested in the Bakeoff thread
1 cup crushed chocolate biscuits ( I actually use Nice biscuits rather than chocolate ones)
1/3 cup of butter melted
2 x 250gms philly cheese
1/2 cup of castor sugar
200gms Toblerone chocolate melted
1/2 cup thickened cream
Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, press into a lightly greased 22cm springform cake pan ( i also line with greaseproof paper) and chill
Beat Philly cheese with electrix mixer for two minutes. Add sugar, melted chocolate and cream. Continue beating until well combined.
Pour over chilled biscuit base and refrigerate until set i generally leave for about 4 hours.
I top this with raspberries and drizzle melted chocolate over the top to hold them together.
Not a great recipe for the health conscious but it is very good every now and them.
