Just got DS to sleep it's 1:15am here.:( I cant stand it, I read the no cry sleep solution followed it slacked of a bit. Didn't read the book until DS was 14mths. He's never slept well and took a long time to understand day and night as a new born. He's a wake time was always at night 1am aprox.
it doesn’t matter what time his day time nap is he still doesn’t fall to sleep until after 11:30pm.:mad: If I try and cut out his day time nap, he sleeps at 7:-7:30 pm then wakes at about midnight. then I get him back to sleep by 4am something like this it's driving me nuts.
I'm due to have 4th baby in a week and really wanted it sorted out, I know it wont happen now.
But any one else been through this?
Did you turn it around before school age?:rolleyes:
How did you sort it?
What methods did you try? example no cry sleep solution, control crying, routines.
I have tried to lie on the bed with him he gets up and down moves around kicks his legs sits up stands on his head.
How long should I lay there for I get really frustrated and have to get up anywhere from 20 to 50mins as I know after 20mins if he's not asleep it's not happening. Any help would be great. Coming to my house and sorting it out like the supper nanny would be a nice start.:D
