'the Shield' Is Back!!!

Finally Channel 10 has decided to bring back my fave show
"THE SHIELD" on Saturday at 11.30pm!!!!!!:D
Woooohoooo...I'm getting so sick of the rubbish at the moment...
Now if only Channel 9 would come to the party and bring back...

I just hate that Channel 10 puts The Shield on at such bad times.....and why was there no Sopranos at all last year?

I was a late comer to The Sopranos and ended up watching 3 seasons in just under 2 weeks - ADDICTED!

How hot is 'Lemonhead' shhhh, don't tell DH!!!;)
I guess the shield has to be on at those times because of the content.
As for the Sopranos, it was probably taken off because HRH Eddie McGuire knew he had no chance of compering it!!:D

Loved the sopranos. Haven't watched the shield. Is it similar? When is it on? Am i too late? Have you got the soundtrack to the sopranos by Alahbama %? It's brilliant.

The Shield is an absolutely fantastic cop show set in LA...Michael Chiklis plays the character of Vic Mackie, and he's the head of a team that don't always do things the 'right way' (there's no way they'd survive under Christine Nixon and her rat squad that's for sure!:p ) and Glenn Close plays his boss. It's such a great show and even though they go about things the wrong way, it get's the job done - sometimes I just sit there thinking "they couldn't possibly go any lower" and then BAM! Vic pulls another 'short cut' - it's violent but it's grrrrrreat! The show centres around their squad but it also has the characters of "The Barn" as they call their station, and the people of Farmington, which is the precinct their station is in. It's got violence, humour, politics, romance (just a little!) and drama...gee, I sound like a tv reviewer...:rolleyes:
