To all those lactose/dairy intolerant families out there! I sent an email to sweet williams after easter to find out if they produce bags of choc for use in recipes. At this stage they only make them for commercial enterprises....:crying:
HOWEVER.....they advised me that they will be selling 1kg bags of their dairy free chocs at their trade shows, the first of which will be a stall at the Mind Body Spirit festival in Sydney this week. ie May 3-6. (sorry one day has already gone by) I'm going to go tomorrow to check it out and get some - don't know how much it costs though. Sadly entry is $15.
They were also happy to advise the details of the other trade shows so if you'd like the details please let me know and I can follow up with them.
