Yummy salad

Who's having salad tonight?

I made mine.

It's fancy lettuce, white cabbage, finely sliced mushrooms, baby tomatoes cut in halves, pieces of broccoli, roasted pumpkin (roasting now in the oven), tonnes of avocado and heaps of sesame seeds and few chickpeas.

I wasnt going to but your salad has inspired me! I'm making Parmesan coated chicken schnitzel & was going to have vegies but its such a beautiful sunny day today in Perth that salad seems nicer.

Might make my favourite - mesclun lettuce, chopped cucumber, avocado, green capsicum, red onion, semi-dried tomatoes and pieces of South Cape Honey & Pistachio cream cheese with a pesto mayo dressing. Yum!
