you can use any kind in them, in fact you would probably be better off with a different kind because peapod inserts aren't great. Or you can buy them from peadpods, I'd reccomend bamboo over hemp HTH
can you recommend something else? I actually want it to use in another pocket that I have that came with something that is way too bulky, and the peapod one fits nicely.

Peapods are OK for light wetters, I just have to boost mine, I think they are the only small inserts, a part from maybe fruit salad, but I think they are hard to come by. The new bamboo peapod inserts should be more absorbent than the hemp ones.
Or maybe a small hemparoo, don't know I don't have any to compare.
Sorry I'm not much help LOL

I'm disappointed as my peapods leak all up his back, any suggestions? I use a large contoured insert that came with a cute tooshies nappy. I don't really want to bulk them out anymore. I thought they might work better when he gets bigger as they seem loose on his waist still (he weighs 6.5 kgs now)
Nuddle - I have some spare peapod inserts, they look like a dusting cloth, is that what you are looking for?

yeah, thats what I was looking for.
I usually put a microfibre booster in with the peapod as well, have you tried that?? I only have a second hand one, and the elastic at the back is very loose, and sometimes the insert pops out, does that happen to yours??

The insert finishes about 2 cms below the waist of the nappy (front and back) when it's on him. His clothes get a damp spot at the back after a while, but they do contain no #2's quite well.
I do the poppers up tight but I can still get a finger or 2 into the waist part (compared to a sposie which is sealed tight).
Nuddle, PM me ur address if u want the insert, I can spare 2 of them.
Ive got 3 of the bamboo ones. They are very lush. Only been used a few times .. lucky if it was 5. . just drop me a pm
