What music do u like bands, groups etc.?

Hi all,
I was just wondering what type of music everyone likes... i myself think i may like different type of music to alot of people i know...but i have a huge variety i music & bands,, people i like... but i mostly like metal or hard rock... but anything by sarah mclachlan i love. My hubby said he thinks i have the biggest variety of music its not funny...from marilyn manson to jewel...to soundtracks from dawsons creek lol :p Anyway my fave bands

I'll listen to pretty much anything too, but my fave band of all time is Metallica :cool: And I can't go without listening to Old School Happy Hardcore :D (Must be the raver that's still inside me :) )

Nah I'm not. Don't want to go by myself (how sad 25yr old housewife!) and they're the only thing I'd want to see. They are also doing concerts in Syd & Melb but they sold out in hours.

OMGosh, I have such a wide variety of music tastes too....

I went through a huge Faith No more, MR BUNGLE, Pearl Jam, Guns 'n' Roses, Metallica, Nirvana, Tool stage (and still secretly enjoy them if they come on..) I was obsessed with Axl Rose for years:o
THEN, I got into Ministry, The cult, Korn and Nine Inch Nails along with plenty of Hardcore Techno(got almost every Thunderdome CD and used to love that ROtterdam stuff:eek: ) Love the old school the best tho!
THEN I wished I was Courntey Love and was obsessed with Hole:rolleyes: Go figure.....
In between all that I have always loved Jewel, The Corrs...stuff like that
I listen to alot of Hillsong music now and really enjoy 70's funk - oh, and I adore cheesy 80/s music.

My DH is a muso and he loves bands that no one has ever heard of before.... He has even jammed with Mike Patton from Fath no more:D His fave genre would definately be jazz though.

My favourite band of all time would have to be U2 (their old stuff, not their new). I saw them in concert in 1989, they were fantastic. I like a variety of music, love rock (especially 70's rock), can't forget the 80's (yes I used to have a crush on Simon LeBon). I'll also admit to loving Duran Duran in my teen years, still have the scrapbooks to prove it! :D I can tolerate all types of music really.
