washing wool covers

Ds did a big explosive poo this morning which came out the side of his nappy :(
anyways it went on to his new wool shorties.

i have tried hand washing it but the poo wont all come off.


is there a trick to it?

or do i have to keep washing?
i dont want to ruin it at all but scrubbing it to hard incase it felts or something.

I'd wash it in lukewarm water with a woolwash. Leave it to soak for a little bit (not too long, maybe 1/2 hr or so), then give it a good massage.

Dry as usual. If it's still there try again. Don't lanolise it until you've got the poo off.

I'm not sure if that's the correct way to do it, but it's what I'd be likely to do.

do u have solid lanolin?
diannes capris got a stain of poo on them and being white you could see it a mile away so i usded solid lanolin worked :thumbsup:
