American Imperial Measures to Australian?

Ok, so i have an American cookbook, and their measurements are different to ours (eg: their tablespoon is 15mls, and ours is 20mls?) If i use their measurements for a recipe (with our cups/spoons etc), will it still be to scale, or will it turn out wrong? KWIM?

I don't want to really have to go measure out stuff exactly! Need help! :o

Cup measurements are the same ..
Spoon sizes - well its only a few mils difference - I never measure anything exactly when Im cooking.. and everything always turns out fine :D

I just google imperial to metric cooking measurements when I need to convert a recipe.
