Does anyone know of any party plan business that does not have initial start up costs?

have a look at partyplans dot com and partyplan dot com....2 websites for partyplans, they will have all the info you need i think, plus free forums if you want to ask questions.
I think avon is free to start up
When my friend did it she still had to buy the catalogues to get them to her customers and her own order forms etc.
I do Undercover Wear and it costs $11 to register and $500 for your kit...which is about $1500 worth of stuff. With this you get everything you possibly need to start up.
BUT they do direct debit(where they will charge the $500 to your account once a month for three months-i think)
And this is the most preferred option. They will debit your commission until kit is paid for, then it is all yours. It usually only takes 5-6 parties to do this.

Tupperware there is no inital start up costs, you get a selection of catalougs, order forms, diary and some other stationary and your choice of a basic kit or the full kit, as u make sales a % comes off your account, when you need new catalougs etc, its just added to your account. But you have to make sure that you get your orders kept up to date $$ wise other wise they might not let you get anything till its up to date.

Saucy Fish Jewellery is only $20 to start up and that includes your initial catalogues, info etc to be a catalogue consultant.
You can move up to party plan for $350.
PM me if you would like more details
WIKIDZ designer kids wear has a $100 catalogue consultant opportunity, which pays for all catalogues, order forms and paperwork and training and support.
You can upgrade to party planner for upfront payment of $430. This includes all the new season range and paperwork.

Like Mick's Girl said Tupperware is no start up fee, you organise your parties etc and you're given your kit etc to start up. Kit is paid off by commission from your first few parties but you still earn enough to cover for catalogues and literature.
