Hi all,

Just wondering if any of you know of a website or something for 'safe' foods for nut allergies? I know that hydrolised vege/plant protein is often made from nuts and that it is a matter of emailing or calling manufacturers, but I thought if someone else had done the work, that would be good. I know that most brands of ice cream are out as are most store bought baked goods.

We haven't even tried doing the investigation into take away places yet and we certainly haven't gone out for dinner since finding out about Lily's allergy. I'm just too tired trying to overcome her night wakenings right now to bother with much else.
