Meat Patties For Bbq

Im gonna make some patties but not quite sure how?:chef: Do you just add egg and breadcrumbs or what?Advice puh-leeesssee!

I add some onion to the mince with salt and pepper and sometimes some chopped parlsey then roll them in egg and cover in breadcrumbs.

I chuck together 1 onion, a little garlic, parsley and all purpose seasoning...

I dont add any egg to mine as I find it stays together by itself, but if it's dry add an egg :)

I throw in onion, breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, bbq sauce, and egg. Yummmmmm!
