bbh too small?

I bought a bbh bamboo the other day and ds hasnt wore it yet as i am washing and drying it. But it seems so so small! I know that they are one size fits all, but I just think bbh look so tiny. Are they supposed to be a snug fit? Like right under the belly button? I guess i am used to using sposies and i like the bigger sizes thats all.

Ds is 12 months old and only about 11 kilos, 12 at most...

Has anyone found these nappies to be smallish???

No, I don't find them small at all.
The hemp is a great fit on my 3 year old for bedtime. The bamboo is a bit more snug though.

They do fit DD below her belly button - she is 2 and about 13-14kg. But we don't have any probs with leakage - so it's not a problem.

The bamboo seems a little snug for my chubba bubba. Maybe I am doing it wrong...

You'll get used to it in time- a lot of spoise users like their nappies trim and low-cut, so you just need time to get used to cloth that are the same :yes:
But I know what you mean, when my kids were in sposies I always sized up.

I don't have a BBH to compare but I just adore the bamboo. But yes, mine are quite snug. On both my 1 and 3 year old, they do up on the second tightest snap (the last one before being overlapped), so it would sound as if they were too big, but they aren't at all- they are quite low and if I didn't do them up that tight then they'd fall off. I think I have skinny-waisted kids!

The bamboo BB's are snugger than the hemp BB's. The hemp seems to have a bit more stretch to it (although I'm not sure what the new hemp bb's are like).

They should fit up to, and sometimes over, 2 yrs of age.

they fit my 2.5 year old 14.5-15kg son. If he gets much taller before toilet training, we might be in trouble (builders crack might start happening ;) ), but they fit fine - and yes, are a tad snugger than hemps.
