I made this today!

Now before you all go thinking I'm too clever I have to admit that I didn't really do the Elmo! I cut it off one of bub's old sleeping bags that doesn't fit her anymore and stitched it onto the outer layer of fleece. But it actually looks pretty easy to do, basically its just bits of felt cut and stiched together :yes:
