My name is Chelsea, im 21 and have just moved to gold coast 3 weeks ago with my fiance.I have a gorgeous 11 week old son called Riley.My fiances family lives here, but i dont know anyone.i miss my friends and family:(
none of my friends have any kids so im hoping to make some new friends who do.

I also am not in QLD but know a few people who have recently uprooted their lives and moved overseas. It's not easy, unless you are out going enough to get out there and meet more people.

Thanks yes they can be a handfull at times like tonight my 2nd one travis does not want to go to sleep so is coming up with excuses now he just came in to say he wants to go toilet but i love them. CHCH hey i'm from hamilton unfortunately never got to the south island pretty sad hey. So what made you guys decide to come here?

im kinda dreading when riley can talk, its bad enough trying to get him to sleep now, let alone when hes old enough to make excuses to get up:)
ive never been to hamilton!we decided to move here coz marks(my fiance)parents and bro moved from nz and loved it.plus better oppurtunities and more money.we wouldnt be able to survive in nz, i wanna give riley the best life i can.so hopefully it all works out here and i enjoy it!!

morning i went to bed after my last post yes i dreaded my 2nd son talking couldn't wait with my first but then he wouldn't stop he he my 3rd is just getting better at it and he is doing alot more now and boy can he say no alot. We moved to aussie for about the same reason better lifestyle and more money although with me i had actually lived here when i was little and my dad had made me a aussie citizen so i really wanted to come back as i had been gone 7 years. Also we had lived WA so wanted to check out the east coast and must say am loving it. Anyways hope you are settling in in aus and bub hub talk later. KIM
