I would like to make curried sausages for dinner tonight but i am sick of my same old very very basic recipe. Anyone have a good recipe?

Hi, mine is very basic too, lol. I just use Gravy and add Keens curry powder to it. To change it a bit, I change the sausages from beef to chicken and add different vegetables to it or change my gravy flavours.

I dont even use gravy! I just blend the curry powder in water and simmer!

I boil my sausages to remove the skins, cut in three pieces each. Fry off a large onion, couple of chopped up carrots. Add curry powder, worcestershire sauce, chicken stock powder,
and large spoonful of home made tomato relish. Add enough water to cover. Add any veges I want, normally corn kernals, beans, peas and chopped up potato. Simmer until veges cooked then thicken with flour and water. Check for seasoning. Just eat straight out of a bowl with toast or bread and butter. Yummo! Nothing fancy, but really tasty!!

I used to make mine with the Dutch Curry and Rice packet mix, just added onion, cauliflower, carrots and peas and corn (my vege mix favs)... unfortunately though the packet mix is no longer the same as it used to be... still nice though and I'd serve it with lashings of creamy mashed potatoes.
