How do I know she is etting enough at the evening feeds?

I feel as though my boobs are much smaller and that there does not seems to be very much milk in them when I feed late afternon/evening and during the very early hours....:eek:

Is there a way to increase this? How do I know she is getting enough?:detective:

Hey

I know its tough in the first few months...but in the evenings just let bub feed as long/much as they want.
Even if breasts feel soft/small there is plenty of milk there...smaller amounts of high fat....'sustaining' milk. Your breasts are never empty.

Also make sure you sleep...as much as possible and drink heaps of water.

Good luck - it will soon get easier...and you will wonder where the time went!
