Edgeworth trains are model trains in Velinda St, Edgeworth. They operate the last Sunday of each month. It free to go in and donations are greatly appreciated.. You sit on the carriages and ride trains around the tracks. The kids love it and is a great day out.

I thought I'd let you lovely people know. I have very fond memories of these trains when I was a young child (20yrs ago). It is a wonderful day out for the kids.

I hope you enjoy your day if you choose to go.

Edgeworth trains has been around for a lot of years now but it isn't well advertised. My 3 yr old daughter is so excited she's using packets of toilet rolls as a train, it's the funniest thing to see.

oh, that is so cute.Luke usually drags all the dining room chairs and any boxes that are around and makes it into a train, then we have to be the passengers.

I took my DS who is 9mths. He loved watching the trains go around but didn't like it when the trains blew steam and tooted their whistles as the noise was quite loud.

It was a great day on the 27 May. Beautiful weather. I saw kids of all ages on there with parents, grandparents, etc. My girls went on with there aunty and uncle.

I reccommend to all kids with head control and can sit up when held. Just watch out for the steam trains. They drop coal and my daughter got a little burn on her hand. The electric trains are quite safe as long as you remember to duck your head under bridges and tunnels.
