Return of AF?

As some of you may know, I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks starting on the 31st March. I did not require and D&C. How can I expect my cycle to return?

I had a miscarriage last year and most people have AF visit after about 6-8 weeks after a D&C. I'm not sure about a natural mc. If things get past probably 10 weeks then I would go to see your doctor or even a specialist. I have waited 18 weeks with no AF which I now know is way too long to wait - I should have gone to see someone before this.

When I had my complete m/c I fell pg again right away so I did not have af, but then had another m/c but required a D&C for that one, af returned on que..ie..4-5 weeks later.

But as your cycles are long and irregular I would have no idea when to expect it back.

hi i have had 2 natural mcs and my af returned 6 weeks after ist still waiting for 3rd to come back now 2nd was a d&c and that was 6 weeks my firts afs were a bit heavier and all over the place good luck

i had a m/c on the 21st March, and got AF on the 20th April, so just over a month.
