New BB hemp and bamboo

I just recieved some new hemp fleece baby beehinds... they are devine! I also got a free bamboo one, as I placed the order at a nappy party during April (an offer celebrating reusable nappy week).

The bamboo seems different to my other ones... anyone else noticed this?

My friend got a pack, and got half bamboo, half hemp, all in natural. I don't know how she is going to tell them apart!!

Oh, and I only have "old" bamboo BBB, so I didn't know there was a difference. The hemp fleece sound bewdiful too.

I received my order from a BBH party the other day too!
And wow isn't the hemp gawjus :p
And yep, my new bamboo are way different/ They are softer, shiner, fluffier, and a creamy colour as opposed to white.

Yes, phin, exactly! Soooo bewdiful :D I am in love... Do you know they are doing new wool covers too? They have an extra layer of wool in the wetzone I think...

Sal, a few nappy places do parties or demos... kind of like tupperware, but this baby beehinds one didn't do a host gift or anything like that. Mind you, she didn't even have all the different colours, only 2 nappies!

I've just received more bamboo, I previously had bought some about 6 months ago. They're definately different. Less shrinkable I think and softer!!!:yes:

I've noticed that the small insert is slightly longer.

i did notice that the other day when i was hanging hem out on the line.
some of the smaller inserts were a different colour and were longer,
i guess they are newer ones in the last lot i got.

i think im going to have to order a hemp one though :)

I've noticed this too! They seem to work exactly the same, but look and feel much nicer (who would have thought it was possible!)

I was just at Natures Cradle buying my first bbh (bamboo) and the lady was going through them with me. She showed me the 'old' hemp and it was that soft but a little scratchy one (if you know what I mean) then she showed me another one which she called "new hemp" which was made from hemp and organic cotton (I think thats what she said) and then the bamboo. The organic cotton ones were very soft, but I liked the bamboo better

The only thing I found with my new hemp fleece was the amount of fluff that came off in the first few washes! Had to use a brush to get some off one they were dry. But yes they are lovely. I think they take slightly longer to dry then the old hemp but not as long as bamboo.
