Hi,

I just began to make those famous 'Lactation Boosting' Oatmeal cookies, and realised that the Health Shop has given me linseed meal and not flaxseed. :banghead: (I made the special trip there and all!)

Anyway, does any one know if it is the flaxseed that is the 'magic' ingredient in these, and am I wasting my time with the linseed?

I am so annoyed at myself for not checking

Thanks.

I have the brewers yeast - is this the 'producer'? :D

Flaxseed and Linseed are the same thing, just referred to by the different names in some countries. Probably the reason that it wasn't mentioned when you bought it!
