Tuna

I have a can of tuna that I want to have for tea.

I usually just make a tuna pasta thing but dh is sick of it.

What else could I make???:chef:

Tuna Noodle Cakes

Tuna
2 minute noodles, cooked and chopped
spinach
shallots
lemon juice
flour
egg
(I dont measure - just use enough flour to bind the mix together)

Combine all ingredients and form into patties and shallow fry

Tuna melts.

Yummy crusted bread
Grated cheese
chilli
herbs
Tuna

Grill them. Yum.

Boil up some rice. Dice up some tomato, capsicum and onion. Fry these off, (or even if you just fry off the onion and add the other two in raw).
Drain the tuna, add tuna, tomato, capsicum and onion to the boiled rice. Add some sweet soy sauce and some sweet chilli sauce.
It's pretty easy, yummy and healthy!
