Could anyone in the UK please recommend some dairy free products that are available over there?

We will be coming for a holiday and need to get the right stuff for DS1 who is allergic.

I particularly need a butter / margarine substitute.

Thanks for your help

I can't recall exact names/brands but Tesco stocks heaps of dairy free products so you should be ok.

We have just moved back from the UK and my DS is also has a dairy allergy. 'Holland and Barrett' are the main health food shops and they have a good range of dairy free products; they are in most of the major shopping areas. Soya and Rice milk is available in supermarkets in both fresh and tetra packs. Boots chemists do lactose free and dairy free formulas too. Hope this is of some help.:)
