Newbie up for a chat

Hi all,
Well I am only new to the bubhub. I have just moved back to Perth after a 10 year stint overseas, and am a SAHM, most of my old friends are still single and child free. My husband has just started working away two on one off. I have a DS who is two and would love to speak to people in the same position as me. :)

my partner is in the army and will be going away a lot, so i feel i have similaties to u, exscept your already doing it, i still have to have emily,. i dont know how i will cope doing it by myself, but apperently it makes u stronger....

I'm from QLD, I have a 5mth old DD, and my husband FIFO 4wks on 4wks off.

I'm always up for a chat especially when he is away to keep my occupied......

My DP does a 4 week on 1 week off roster on the mines. I have a 9m DD and a 3yr DS. We often have meets and some of the other mums whos partners work away attend as well so it may be a good opportunity to speak to other mums in ur situation. It is in the wa section.

Thanks for the info on the meets Kylie. I am still in training at being a FIFO Mum & it will be great to meet some other people in the same situation. Looking forward to it :wave:
