 I have to say the procare only has 10percent stretch, but no matter when you are putting elastic in to your nappy anyway.
So far we've had one change of the snap in prefold and he is as dry as can be. I like it!
(still waiting to hear back from suppliers about wholesale)

I only used some cheap fleece as the outer fabric as I wasn't sure my pattern would be right. Needs a slight tweak, but I'm very happy! I have some minkee to use once I make a serious nappy.....

It looks excellent!
hey is there a reason why nappies have two rows of snaps? could you just do one?

looks excellent!!
2 rows make it sit better IMO especially with side snaps

extra snaps so Thomas gets longer use from it
Once I was happy with the design I figured I'd put in the second row for him to grow into.

With the two snaps you can have it tighter for the belly and looser for legs and vise versa as well.

FM - That looks great :) well done!

That is fantastic!! You should be VERY proud.

Just a question - did you sew the fleece and PUL together before sewing, or do you somehow incorporate this in the 'putting together' of the entire nappy? I am trying to layer my PUL atm with cottons, and so far am successful with covers(using FOE) but haven't quite got the jist of the pocket/aio scenario.

Thanks!
Kellie

Is FOE good? I'm going to roll the fleece out around the leg next one I do.

I overlocked the fleece to the pul. I must say it was a b*tch of a thing because of the very different materitals.
