View Full Version : I forgot to eat yesterday....
& now I can't eat:banghead: I woke up hungry at about 1:00 this morning with a rumbly tummy but couldn't be bothered to get up & eat somthing & now I have lost my appetite & everything is making me feel sick.
What is a good food other than chocolate to help me get my appetite back?

Maybe start with something simple like a cuppa and a bikkie? Or a piece of toast?
That usually does it for me if I don't feel like eating.
Iv just had a cuppa:) Im hoping if I take Azalea for a walk up to the bakery for morning tea somthing there will take my fancy:fingerscrossed:

Anything.
Don't try to find something you want to eat or you'll just end up rejecting everything because it isn't quite right. Find a biscuit in your kitchen or a piece of toast and just make yourself have a bit. It'll wake your system up.

sorry for late reply.. hopefully you are going a bit better now... i was going to say a banana too.. because if you have eaten your sugar levels might have dropped, and its a good way to boost that and energy levels back up....
