Hi Clothies

I would like to make an AIO with the absorbancy in a flip out booster thing, instead of sewn into the nappy.

Mainly because I need something quick-dry for winter, plus I'm finding nappies with the absorbancy sewn-in to be fairly unreliable with leakage etc... (is this just me?)

Are there any tips or tricks for doing an AIO with a flip out absorbant bit?

How do I sew it on... if I sewed it just onto the top layer (ie. the inner), would it be too heavy and rip off?
Do I need to sew in thru both the outer and inner?
And more importantly HOW do I sew it on? :o

And how should I make it... just a rectangle of hemp/bamboo topped with polarfleece?

I just have no idea :o

Maybe someone has online instructions or something? :fingerscrossed:

Thanks to anyone who can help!
