Well I finally got around to watching the Bachelor LOL and can I just say what a sleeze Ball :eek: sooooo slimy yuk!

Watching tonights episode makes me cringe, these smart, beautiful talented women fawning all over some "Stud" :eek: what have our little girls got to aspire to really?????

Has this guy like pashed every girl on the show or what????? YUK!

The only problem is I couldnt turn it off!!! oopps gotta go the ads are over LOL :D

DH is home tonight and I didn't get to watch the Bachelor... I totally agree with him being a sleeze... I think the guys want to be on the show to increase their egos and also pash all the girls... But these girls cant be too bright either, they would know whats going on...

Its definitely not something I would have ever considered doing...

I only started watching this seasons show by chance and I couldn't turn it off...

I was pretty disgusted last night that he full-on "made out" (his words) with Suzie, and then didn't give her a rose! If I was her I would have felt so used. I think he did kiss everyone last night, and not just closed-mouth pecks, most were tongueys!! I remember there being an "uproar" in the US when "The Bachelorette" started, with men saying "I don't want my daughter to see her kissing 5 guys in one night" HELLO it's exactly the same on this show!!! I felt uncomfortable watching it (but of course, didn't turn it off...!!)

I think the whole premise of the show is sleazy... having said that I'll still be tuning in next week to see if he finally FINALLY gets rid of Trish (did you SEE her shirt last night!? "I'm a Gold Digger - Like a hooker, but smarter" OMG

I know! Its so rotten how these stupid shows are so darn addictive! Ive refused to watch this years Batchelor so that I cant get addicted to it!

Australian Princess totally roped me in, and so did all these other stupid shows like the Block, Survivour, Amazing Race, the Mole, Biggest Looser, Extream Makeover! I hate them but cant stop watching them! LOL :rolleyes:

I know what you mean Kat&Tiny about Australian Princess. I knew deep down that it was really awful, but for the final episode I got a princess tiara, some champers and choccies and jumped up and down yelling YAY when Abby was eliminated. DP just watched me, like you would a creature in a zoo. Honestly, men!

Hehe...I know exactly what you mean! I took the remote of Steven so he couldnt channel surft in the adds (less I should miss a second) and was so excited when Abby left (who incidently was my favorite to start with...but got me off side over the course of the show)...I was sad that the farm girl didnt win (wendy??) but they were both nice! LOL

DH and I love a good reality tv show :D We had a hot tv date with the bachelor last night - we sat up in bed with a packet of corn chips and a drink and laughed all the way through it.

Surely nobody is going to take it seriously, it's all designed to be ridiculous. It was obviously scripted that Jesse give all the girls a bit of a snogging last night. In fact I doubt that any of it is impromptu.

We were having a chuckle imagining what the camera crew were thinking - following Jesse around for multiple kissing sessions.:D I'm sure Trish is still around because she is interesting. She definitely adds a spark to the show - gotta love to hate her.

Looking forward to next week.

Men are funny aren't they? After all his scorn (maybe the little flag that said Yay was too much) DP entered the room as Australian Princess ended and got all sulky coz he wanted Wendy to win!

I think Jessica will win.
I think Trish will be evicted next week, then Tara the next week. I like Mandy Jaye but I think Jessica will win.

Do they actually win any prizes, or is it just that perhaps they'll get married? The show probably pays for the wedding and honeymoon I guess....

Loved it last night! Trish was dumped like a sack of hot potatoes and the 3 blondes received a rose each.

I don't think her little storming out of the room session when Jesse asked her why all the other girls hated her really helped at all.

Apparantly she'll be back though...... can't keep a bad girl down.

I actually thought that Trish's family seemed quite nice.

I also think that he at least had some sparks with Trish (at the beginning) and should have gone with this. After all, having a friend masquerading as one of the "girls" is a pretty low thing to do. He shouldn't have done that and just gotten to know trish himself. Perhaps she is a cow, perhaps not, but he should have decided that.

I've missed a few weeks because DH has been home but am watching it tonight (while checking in with bubhub)...

Was so glad to read/see that Trish was gone... Am kind of lost as to how many are left... He ha just had an overnight date with one of the girls and they spent the night in the same room (not sure about bed)... :eek:

How could these girls do this... He is pashing and possibly sleeping with all the girls left and they dont seem to care... Seems like they are doing anything they can to 'get the man'...

I completely agree Jacksmum.... I think it's slutty behaviour. Having said that, I still watch the damn show LOL BUT I missed it again last night (falling asleep on the couch these days!!!) Who got eliminated last night? Was it Tara? So it's down to 2 girls now, right? Gotta be between Mandy Jaye and Jessica.
