ive been on WW since my bub was 11 days old. you have to include extra points and extra dairy, fruit, veg and protien, but talk to your leader, they'll let you know all about it

it is certainly safe and well worth it. Ive lost 30kgs in 9 months

Go for it!!!

Yeah, you can.Its a safer option than doing diet shakes or whatever. You just have to have more points everyday.

sorry to hijack but 30kgs thats great!
well done!

i think like everything talk to them about it first
i cant see why you couldn't do it if you were still eating properly.

Yes, there is a breastfeeding program :D Bub has to be 6 weeks old to start. You get heaps of extra points :smiliedance: I have just lost nearly 10kgs doing it... I am on maintanance at the moment! If you get in now there is a new season pass starting up, and you end up saving alot, but you have to buy in bulk (ends up $12 per week).

Good luck!
