I've been doing the hotpants video and I've lost a few cms in just a week.
I tried a salsa video and it's even harder.

I found my old weight watcher pilates, yoga and resistance strip DVD's (never used) when DH went through some boxes..........I am going to use them too.

Am also thinking about going back to my Tap Lessons (IF i can find my old TAP SHOES)........My teacher said the dance studio owner will let me do it without doing exams and the concert (I am never getting up on a stage again!!! plus am in brisbane the night of the concert lol)

THIS WEIGHT IS GOING TO COME OFF

Am also thinking of joining weight watchers online when i can afford the registration fee ($80 for the first three months including registration and then $25 per month after that)....anyone wanna join me???

I got my copy at Sanity, a music store in the 'special interest section', you could try at Myer too. It's a dance video shot at the ministry of sound with 4 girls in hotpants and 1 man who is the instructor. It takes some coordination so you don't get bored as much.

I think you've got a great plan, it sounds like you will enjoy it too!

thanks i'll go hunting..i have a dance dvd, but my little sister has had it for a few weeks:D
