New computer- where to get one?

:wave: Adelaide ladies,
we really need a new computer and I have no idea where to even begin looking- the computer we have came via Telstra when we had our satellite dish installed.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of somewhere for us to go that has great service.
It doesn't even need to be the cheapest place just one that has a good range and good support.

It doesn't matter too much where in Adel it is, preferably just not too far south as that is out of our way but, anywhere really is fine.

I bought mine from dell and i purchased it online. I am really happy with it and they build your pc to what you want on it.:thumbsup:

if u want a computer head to it warehouse (elizabeth, up by the cheesecake house...hint, hint) or theres a computer shop that should build u one (shops just coming of from main north road and midway road...keep forgeting the name of the shop)

I agree with bertandernie, we have had comps from Dell before and no they are not the cheapest but they do have very good IT support which is great if your not one of these people who can build your own comp from scratch. :thumbsup:

Thanks ladies, will check them both out-
being so far from anyone on-line and people used to over the phone support may be a way to go.
Will def check out store at Elizabeth too as we come and go from Adel on Main North Rd so basically drive straight past it- very convenient.

make sure you shop around for a few prices... it's well worth it. also tell them specifically what you want to use it for, otherwise you could end up paying big money for a whole lot of extras you'll never use!

If you still need help with a computer... my friend is an IT tech, he builds computers and works at Radio Rentals in the IT department. He would be happy to help you out and give you a bit of advice!
