I just put an order in tonight for a couple of pul wraps and boosters, I noticed as I was checking out that there is a 3-4 week wait. It seems to have been saying that on the website for ages now, is there still that much of a wait??

Maybe it means a 3-4 week wait for each new order:confused:

I nocticed there was a 3-4 week wait about 6 weeks ago.

A mum from my motherd group showed off her new ones today which she ordered at the Expo about 4 weeks ago.

hmm...maybe they make them as they get ordered now?

BB's now made in China - ethically mind you. I'd say Davina has to wait for shipments to come in, and as there is such high demand for BB's people just have to wait their turn!

Baby Beehinds are now manufactured overseas. Davina took the pressure off herself having a family and all and the nappies being in such high demand. However, they are still Australian owned.

More to the point in answering your question, Davina needs to order them for shipment so the turn around takes 4 weeks from the time you order them. It doesn't change unless Davina has a large order spare in her possession.

Just high demmand, I think. Davina has them manufactured off-shore (China) now.

ok, thanks for the info, makes sense! I need to make a big order to increase our stash for DS, but can't afford it til we get the baby bonus, do you think she'll let us order before paying? I might just have to make do for a few weeks til we can get them:o

Whilst BB are manufactured overseas Davina still has to handle the VERY large number of orders that come in, dispatch the orders, handle day to day business, doing projections for future stock needs and ordering accordingly, not to mention organising the cool stuff planned for this year. In addition to that Dee is doing each of the PB&C expos which takes time away from the office as well. Oh and dont forget finding family time :)
Davina does her best to get orders out as quick as she can but I know how many orders I put in, add to that the other demonstrators, orders from other stores and the website orders, thats no small task. I know that it can be frustrating to have to wait but if Dee could get them out any quicker she would.
They'll be worth the wait!

I just received my part time pack but at the time of ordering Davina did say I did not need to pay straight away due to the 3-4wk wait but to let her know when I had put payment through.

If you ask her when placing the order I would say it won't be an issue as long as it gets paid before your stock is sent out.

The best thing to do would be to send her an email

I placed an order for a trial pack of BB's a couple of weeks ago - I got an email to say the wait was approx 2 weeks - but I think it may run into 3-4.

Though I am really not in a hurry for them just yet :p
