Does anyone else feel like a nappy addict?

Just wondering how many other cloth mummas feel like they are nappy junkies??

I can't stop, I find myself stretching the budget to buy just one more nappy :shame: but it never seems to stop! It's great because I hardly have to ever wash now :p but I end up with a cranky DP!

So... who else has completely given in, and accepted that they are a cloth nappy addict? I think I need to start a support group. Or ban us all from the cloth nappy swap and shop :laughing:

its terrible! ive got 10 dollars in my savings atm 10!!! im meant to be saving for a flight to england and moving out! when Dh gets to australia!! i refresh that swap page at least 2 times in 30 mins!

I find myself refreshing the trading room page too.

I have 3 windows open at once all with trading rooms that sell nappies. When new ones come up my heart races and I click in and see what I can buy. More often than not I buy and then 30 minutes later regret.

I already have plenty of nappies!

But I must admit it has been 2 days since my last purchase:thumbsup:

Just waiting for everyone to get rid of their pockets:cool:

Oh no, I never regret.... If I get it and I don't like it, I sell it or swap it, which is almost as good as buying :D

I love buying nappies - I used to buy the girls clothes all the time, now nappies have taken that place!
After selling a stack of Peapods, I'm actually a bit short of nappies atm :eek:

Oh, I assure you Angelmist, it would never work! Twas a very tongue in cheek comment, I would never dream of encouraging anyone to ban me *looks around carefully* But then again, I seem to be doing a good job of getting in trouble for innocent things which some people- ahem- think I need warnings/infractions for :p

We'd beg to be banned from buying... then we'd secretyly assume other identities to bid on nappies anonymously... Or beg others for cash to buy on our behalf :laughing: Hey, missus, want to buy some nappies for me? *shifty look* LOL

Anyone here have any good tips on giving up? Cold turkey doesn't work. Perhaps once I awake to being smothered by my moutain of nappies.....:laughing::D

I'm actually quite proud of myself. To date (I've been a MCN user for 7-8 months now) i have culled over 50 nappies from my stash :yelclap: I think i'm now over the addiction *shifts eyes* and begun being more realistic about it.
