Hiya..

I'm kind of keen to start learning how to knit. I'd like to try to make a really easy soaker or a beanie but I have never knitted before and honestly have no idea where to start.. what I'll need.. where to buy the products from..

I figure it could be a good hobbie, not to mention money-saving.. love to be able to say I knitted it myself.. ;)

Can someone help this newbie? :o

knittinghelp dot com is a life-saver for beginning videos.

If you prefer working from a book, the Patons beginners book has some really easy patterns to get you started - beanies, scarves, pillows, throws and jumpers.
