Thought I would share this, I borrowed it out of the Atkins Basic Diet Manual. :)
Fill it in every 2 weeks to chart your progress.

Diet:
Low Carb - Trying to stick to less than 20 carbs a day, but not actually counting.
Measurements:

Are there any foods you couldnt live without? If Yes, which foods?
I find it hard to give up Pasta!

Chocolate and Pasta

Chocolate, Marshmellows, and Pasta
How many minutes per day do you excercise?
I dont - I dont have the energy.
How long have you had weight problems?
Since I was a kid, I was underweight then, now I'm overweight.
Which diets have you tried before?
You name it!
Do you consider yourself a complusive eater?
Yes, I am a comfort eater.
What is your:
Typical breakfast? Toast or nothing

40 minutes to an hour

5 years... although i was overweight as a teen, but lost it for a few years, now put it on

um atkins:yes: every diet known to man
Do you consider yourself a complusive eater?
yes i over eat all the time

Typical breakfast? cereal or nothing and 4-5 coffees
Typical Lunch? Sandwich or 2
Typical Dinner? meat, veg and heaps of carbs
Typical Daily Snacks? i dont snack..too full from lunch.... unless you include another 5 coffees
Great thread!! What a good idea for motivation. I will fill out some of it, I don't measure myself, so i won't fill in that part. I am hoping to get a scale that measures body fat so maybe i can put that in if i ever end up buying one.

Calamari...only deep fried food i lurve....can eat bowls and bowls of it.:shame:

45 mins - 60 mins (sometimes spread out eg. a jog in morning then maybe a dvd or personal training sesh later).

Lots and lots to try and find a healthy way to keep slim find optimum health.

Um, salads, mueslis, vegies and crackers with tomato and cucumber yummmy.

cheese, i REFUSE to give up my cheese :)

cheese, pasta and creamy potato.

How many minutes per day do you excercise?
about an hour these days, walking/jogging in morning, teamed with either dvd workout or gym session in the arvo.
How long have you had weight problems?
With each child it seems i have gained 5 permanent kilos from overeating while pregnant.
Which diets have you tried before?
None really, i know most don't work. Just trying to find a balanced way of eating without sticking to one particular 'theme'. Aren't we all? :D

No, only when i am seriously bored!!

Weight Watchers Tropical muesli with banana, maybe toast as well.

Salad Sandwich

Veg and rice, or veg and chicken.

Crackers with tomato and cucumber and fat free yoghurt.

Weight Watchers Points Plan (still trying to figure out: (a) how many points I am allowed when I am not exactly over weight but almost am (b) breastfeeding (c) whether i want to do WW online, WW meetings or do it without worrying about registering with either.

I would say at least 10 minutes a day (how embarrassing)..........but i am aiming for 45 minutes per day either walking or doing crunches and getting an exercise video for variety.

Runs in the family but my weight has been funny since i got pregnant and then got PND

Eatting healthy (so didnt work! chocolate was toooo much temptation)
Weight Watchers (that and Post Natal Depression was not a good mix lol)

Roll with something on it and a chocolate quick

Diet:
Eating main meal at lunch time. Trying to eat more protein.
Measurements:
Height 165cm
Weight I was 79kg at the start of this but my next weigh in is 4 weeks away.
Thighs 62cm
Bust/Chest 88cm (I'll measure under boobies because I bf so it changes hour to hour)
Waist 81cm
Hips 109cm

Eggs and milk (I don't think these are too bad if it's my goal to eat more protein!)

It used to be chocolate but since I started breastfeeding I crave health food so much!!
I did go through a phase of wanting mashed potato - yummo!!
How many minutes per day do you excercise?
- I walk into town/to uni/ to next suburb 2-3 times a week (15min-50min).
- Currently my goal is to do the hotpants video everyday for 4 weeks, and I'm succeeding in doing that.
- LOTS of housework everyday (I love my house to be clean)
How long have you had weight problems?
I thought I did since about grade 4 after ONE remark a girl made ONCE. But looking back, I was a great size up until i moved in with DP! I was just never stick thin which is what I thought it meant to be healthy.
Which diets have you tried before?
Eating lots, and eating nothing at all!
Do you consider yourself a complusive eater?
Yes! Food is an emotional outlet for me. Now that I have a baby I haven't done this much.
What is your:
Typical breakfast? Porridge or yoghurt or eggs. Almost always a cup of tea.
Typical Lunch? Salad + a few carbs (pasta, bread) + meat.
Typical Dinner? Small snack - carrots and hommus, 1/2 sandwich, milk - or nothing.
Typical Daily Snacks? Fruit (especially dates), carrots and hommus, cherry tomatoes (no preparation required and so yummy!)
