painfull ovalution

Just want to know what can i do to stop my painfull ovalution. I think it is due very soon . i cant eat a lot , i am having pain in my lower abdomain all the time. My legs are all aching badly . Please can anybody advise me what can i do to minimise this pain.

I get the same thing's when I "O", not alot really helps me..sorry that not any help to you...I just put up with it and ride it out for the week.

if in doubt an asprin and hot pack across your abdomin should bring some relief.:hugs:

i have not yet ovaluted ,but i am feeling so dam tired. I am taking BBT and for past five days my temp became very flat at 36.2 . I never had this type of pain before . It started from last month .

I am drinking hot water all the time i hope it helps. i think we have to bare the pain.

Yeh...i too get pain for about 3 days...not too bad just some cramping and toliet visits. Hot packs are great and rest a bit!:hugs:

I also get this...I never suffered from O untill after baby #4 :gloomy: Heat packs are the only thing that's helped me.

Since starting fertility treatment my ovulations have being 100% more painful; this last one the most painful though.

It had me doubled over in pain, and I couldn't stand up properly at all....I had tears as well. Around ovulation it is too late in the cycle for iburofen so I opted to take a couple of panadol's straight away, then again before bed and had the electric blanket on low while I drifted off to sleep.

It did the trick :thumbsup:

I am feeling so week and i always feel like going to the toilet . I didnt see any fertile fluid yet , actually i am becoming frustrated . Last month when i had O the cervial fluid was in abundent and made me very week . i never felt like BDing .

for last six days my BBt was very flat but today my temp raised by 3 celcius (36.2 to 36.5) But i didnt have any fuild as such . Can this be O?
