Tesco?

Hey UK'ers :D

I was talking to someone the other day at Uni and they said Tesco no longer exists... is this right?

I lived in the UK only a few years ago and they were everywhere!

We only left 18 months ago and no sign of being demolished then, still reliably everywhere.

They are most definately still there, in fact slowly taking over the world.

mmmmmm jaffa cakes and yes i looked forward to my free shopping vouchers(usually 30 quid so not to be scoffed at, although scoffing of jaffa cakes allowed) every quarter from flybuys like scheme.

We can get iron bru at safeway here, you know Scotland is the only country where coke is 2nd biggest soft drink seller, iron bru outselling easily. I just luv the stuff but these are so not why I have thunder thighs.:laughing:

for all those wanting to know where they sell jaffa cakes, my local aldi does, not sure if they all do but the ones in campbelltown nsw do.

Coles sells them too, in the international foods section :laughing: (In melbourne anyway)

Tesco's is well and truly up and running. My sister in law goes there every week. It was my fave supermarket, i miss tesco!! :crying:
